TBOF 64% COCOA SPICED JAGGERY DRINKING CHOCOLATE – Paul and Mike

Luscious, decadent Spiced Drinking Chocolate using 64% Fine Flavour Dark Chocolate from Paul And Mike and Sweetened with the Two Brothers natural handmade Jaggery!

TO MAKE 1 CUP SPICED HOT CHOCOLATE DRINK

1. Add 20 – 25 buttons to 1/4 cup water (50 ml). Stir well and boil for 2 mins until fully integrated.
2. Add half cup milk of your choice (100-120 ml) to this chocolate mix and bring to a boil. Boil for few mins and whisk for a creamy drink.
3. Add more jaggery for more sweetness. Serve with cut fruits, nuts, tea cakes, croissant or marshmallows or a dash of cinnamon (optional).
