Position 1:

Social Media Manager

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in developing brands on social Media.
Job Description:
  • Plan, design, implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns.
  • Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.
  • Engage users with prompt responses, organize competitions, ask questions and cultivate relationships.
  • Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective. 
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.
  • Design, implement and manage social media ad campaigns integrated into the company’s strategic marketing plans. 
  • Hire and supervise talented resources both inhouse and at agency levels, including Freelance Writers and Graphic Designers, and coordinate their activities to achieve social media campaign objectives.
  • Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.
  • Develop IC ORGANIC as a strong brand to reckon with in the Organic Foods Industry, on social media.

Position 2:

Retail Store Manager

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Large sized Retail outlets.
Job Description:
  • Maintain and Improve overall store cleanliness factor and the appeal through proper visual Merchandising enhancements
  • Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
  • Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue
  • Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
  • Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows
  • Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
  • Ensure daily day end reconciliation of book of accounts
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are fulfilled at all times without any breach
  • Manage customer complaints in an effective manner and do everything possible towards retention and improve repeatability of purchases
  • Optimize Cross selling and Upselling opportunities with each and every customer and train the Store assistants accordingly.
  • Have meaningful conversations with the clients to ensure store likeability.

Retail Store Assistant

  • Keeping the store fully stocked at all times
  • Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions

  • Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences
  • Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines
