Pumpkin Roasted seeds

Raw pumpkin seeds, often called pepitas, are flat, oval-shaped seeds with a malleable, chewy texture and a subtly sweet, nutty flavor. In their raw, unshelled form, they are encased in a yellow-white husk, though many commercial varieties are sold shelled as flat green kernels.
